The use of the ECACC Forum is subject to the following terms and conditions. In entering our site you as a user (‘You’) are accepting our terms and conditions:
1. You are required to complete the registration form in full. Deliberate use of another person’s name is prohibited.
2. Multiple member accounts by a single person are prohibited. If you need to create a second account for some reason, please contact ECACC to make such arrangements.
3. Keep your comments consistent with the subject and purpose of the conversation thread.
4. Use the English language, other languages cannot be supported in this forum.
5. In order to adhere to copyright law, do not quote entire articles from other sources.
6. Exercise common sense and be considerate toward your fellow users. Strong opinions are welcomed but should be expressed in a way which is not abusive and/or emotionally charged.
7. Do not post content or links to content that is libellous, defamatory, obscene or abusive.
8. ECACC reserves the right to delete messages and/or whole conversations determined to be of an irrelevant, abusive or disruptive nature.
9. ECACC shall have the right in our sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, remove, and/or otherwise alter any material submitted to or posted on the forum.
10. Use of the forum is restricted to non-commercial purposes. Attempts to solicit funds, promote commercial entities or otherwise engage in commercial activity in the forum are prohibited.
11. You hereby grant to ECACC the royalty-free, perpetual, fully sub-licensable, irrevocable, and exclusive license to use, modify, publish, adapt, reproduce, translate, distribute, display, perform and create derivative works from such content you post in whole or in part, world-wide and to incorporate it in other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed.
12. ECACC does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and is not responsible for the contents of any message (unless posted by ECACC). Each message expresses the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of ECACC or any entity associated with it. Members remain solely responsible for the content of their messages. ECACC also reserves the right to reveal member identities (or knowledge of a member's activities) in the event of a serious complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by the member.
13. ECACC reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to remove a user's privilege to post content in our discussion forum. New accounts registered by suspended members will be deactivated without notice. Further attempts to re-register will result in us contacting your ISP with a complaint.
14. ECACC shall have the right to monitor the content of the forum to determine compliance with the rules displayed here and any other operating rules established by us.
15. ECACC reserves the right to modify the rules for use of the forum at any time.
