In addition to cell culture training courses, ECACC holds a one day Mycoplasma Detection and Eradication Workshop on site at ECACC.

The Workshop is designed to introduce the basic principles of mycoplasma detection and the effects an outbreak can have on your work. Subjects also include prevention of contamination, good laboratory practice, various testing techniques, eradication methods and new techniques in testing.

Audience

The Workshop is aimed at anybody working in a cell culture environment or any scientist who's work could be affected by a mycoplasma outbreak. 

Format

The one day Workshop consists of lectures in the morning followed by practicals and demonstrations in the ECACC laboratories in the afternoon.

Delegates will receive comprehensive training manuals.  This valuable resource contains abstracts, lecture notes and testing guidelines relating to the practicals and demonstrations delegates will attend.

Details

The Workshop is held once a year on site at ECACC. If you require overnight accommodation this can be booked on your behalf at a hotel in Salisbury although this is not included in the course fee. Transport is provided between CAMR and the hotel.

The courses are extremely popular as very few organisations offer training of this calibre. We therefore recommend that you reserve a place early to avoid disappointment. To secure a place on our courses simply complete the Registration Form and return with a purchase order to the correct value.

We will contact delegates approximately one month before the course date confirming their reservation and providing accommodation and travel details.
